Trade Practices (Consumer Product Safety Standards) Regulations 1979

In these Regulations, the Act means the Trade Practices Act 1974.

In these Regulations, a reference to an Australian Standard published on a specified date shall be read as a reference to the standard approved for publication on that date on behalf of the Council of the Standards Association of Australia, being the association of that name incorporated by Royal Charter.
