105 Jurisdiction of federal courts

(1)

Jurisdiction is conferred on a federal court in relation to any matter arising under this Act (other than Part 8).

Note:

See section 92 for the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in relation to matters arising under Part 8 (which deals with trans‑Tasman market proceedings).

(2)

Without limiting subsection (1), jurisdiction is conferred on a federal court to hear and determine prosecutions for offences against this Act (other than Part 8).
