29 Application of this Division
(1)
This Division applies to a subpoena that is issued in a proceeding (other than an excluded family proceeding) in:
(a)
a federal court; or
(b)
a State or Territory court prescribed by the regulations; or
(c)
an Australian tribunal prescribed by the regulations.
(2)
Regulations made for the purposes of paragraph (1)(c) must not prescribe a tribunal unless the tribunal is a person or body authorised by or under an Australian law to take evidence on oath or affirmation.
