73 Notice of registration
If an Australian court registers an NZ judgment, the entitled person must give a notice of the registration to every liable person.
If the notice is not given, the entitled person will not be able to enforce the NZ judgment for 45 working days of the Australian court after the registration day: see section 74.
The notice must:
be in the form prescribed by the regulations; and
be given in the manner prescribed by the regulations.
The notice must be given within:
15 working days of the Australian court after the day of registration; or
if, before or after that period, the entitled person applies to the Australian court for a longer period—any longer period the Australian court considers appropriate.
