83 Injunctions in relation to New Zealand conduct
(1)
The Federal Court may, in an Australian market proceeding, make an order or grant an injunction (whether final or interlocutory) restraining a person from engaging in conduct, or requiring a person to do an act or thing, in New Zealand.
(2)
This section does not affect any other power that the Federal Court has to make an order or grant an injunction.
