14 Meaning of Dutch shipwreck
(1)
Dutch shipwreck means:
(a)
a wrecked vessel covered by the table in subsection (2); or
(b)
any other wrecked vessel mentioned in Article 1 of the Australia‑Netherlands Agreement (whether or not lying on or off the coast of Western Australia as mentioned in that Article).

The wrecked vessels are as follows:
