212 Delegation by Minister
The Minister may, by writing, delegate all or any of the Minister’s powers under this Act to:
(a)
a Commissioner; or
(b)
an APS employee.
Note:
Sections 34AA to 34A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 contain provisions relating to delegations.
