33 Rate of payments to partners of persons affected by clause 30
(1)
This clause applies if clause 30 applies to a person who is a member of a couple and that clause affects the rate at which service pension or income support supplement is payable to the person.
(2)
In working out the amount of a payment under this Act payable to a partner of the person, assume that the service pension or income support supplement payable to the person is payable at the rate at which it would be payable if clause 30 had not been enacted.
