4 Summons under subsection 57F(2) of the Act
A summons under subsection 57F(2) of the Act:
(a)
may be in accordance with Form 2; and
(b)
may be served on a person by:
(i)
delivering a copy of the summons to the person personally; and
(ii)
showing the original of the summons to the person at the time at which the copy is delivered.
