100S Obligation to notify the ACCC of trust account and appoint an auditor
(1)
Within 3 months of the first day on which the obligation for an eligible water markets intermediary to maintain a trust account in accordance with this Division arises, the eligible water markets intermediary must:
(a)
appoint an auditor; and
(b)
notify the ACCC that the eligible water markets intermediary is maintaining a trust account.
(2)
A person is liable to a civil penalty if the person contravenes subsection (1).
Civil penalty: 600 penalty units.
