101D ACCC may require person to give information or produce documents
This section applies if a person is required to keep records under section 101C in relation to one or more water markets decisions.
The ACCC may give the person a written notice that requires the person to give information about the records, or to produce the records or other documents to the ACCC within 21 days after the notice is given to the person.
The notice must:
name the person to which it is given; and
specify the information or documents to which it relates; and
specify that the person must comply with the notice within 21 days; and
explain the effect of section 101E (extending the period for compliance), 101F (requirement to comply) and 101G (false or misleading information).
The notice may relate to more than one piece of information or more than one document.
