155A Relevant chief executive

The relevant chief executive for the purpose of exercising powers under this Division in relation to an infringement notice that has been given to a person by an appropriate enforcement agency is:

(a)

if the infringement notice was given by the Inspector‑General—the Inspector‑General; or

(b)

if the infringement notice was given by the ACCC—the ACCC; or

(c)

if the infringement notice was given by the Minister—the Secretary of the Department.
