193 Quorum
(1)
At a meeting of the Authority, 4 Authority members constitute a quorum.
(2)
However, if:
(a)
rules in force for the purposes of paragraph 29(2)(c) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 prevent an Authority member from participating in the deliberations or decisions of the Authority in relation to a particular matter; and
(b)
when the member leaves the meeting concerned there is no longer a quorum present;
the remaining Authority members at the meeting constitute a quorum for the purpose of any deliberation or decision at that meeting in relation to that matter.
