215F Review of annual work plan
(1)
The Inspector‑General must review the work plan for the Inspector‑General for a financial year at least once during the financial year.
(2)
The review must consider whether the work plan continues to be appropriate having regard to:
(a)
the nature of the functions to be performed by the Inspector‑General during the financial year; and
(b)
the resources available to perform those functions.
