215S Staff and persons assisting the Inspector‑General
(1)
The staff assisting the Inspector‑General are to be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 who are made available by the Secretary.
(2)
The Inspector‑General may also be assisted:
(a)
by employees of Agencies (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999); or
(b)
by officers and employees of a State; or
(c)
by officers and employees of authorities of the Commonwealth or a State;
whose services are made available to the Inspector‑General in connection with the performance of any of the Inspector‑General’s functions.
