215TB Procedural matters
(1)
The Inspector‑General may give an advisory panel established under subsection 215T(1) written directions (procedural directions) as to:
(a)
the way in which the panel is to carry out its functions; and
(b)
procedures to be followed in relation to meetings.
Note:
For variation and revocation, see subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
(2)
Before giving a procedural direction about a matter to an advisory panel, the Inspector‑General must have regard to any recommendations of that panel about the matter.
(3)
A procedural direction given under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
