233H Disposal of things
(1)
The Inspector‑General may dispose of a thing seized under this Subdivision if:
(a)
the Inspector‑General has taken reasonable steps to return the thing to a person; and
(b)
either:
(i)
the Inspector‑General has been unable to locate the person; or
(ii)
the person has refused to take possession of the thing.
(2)
The Inspector‑General may dispose of the thing in such manner as the Inspector‑General thinks appropriate.
