247 Authority may provide assistance
The Authority may provide assistance to a Basin State in relation to the following:
(a)
a review of a transitional water resource plan, or an interim water resource plan, for a water resource plan area in the Basin State;
(b)
amendments of a transitional water resource plan, or an interim water resource plan, for a water resource plan area in the Basin State following a review of the plan.
