Subdivision DEffect of Basin Plan
33 Basin Plan is a legislative instrument
(1)
The Basin Plan:
(a)
is a legislative instrument; and
(b)
is taken to be made by the Minister on the day on which the Minister adopts the Basin Plan under section 44.
(2)
An amendment of the Basin Plan adopted by the Minister under subsection 23B(6) or section 48 or 49AA:
(a)
is a legislative instrument; and
(b)
is taken to be made by the Minister on the day on which the Minister adopts the amendment under that subsection or section.
(3)
An amendment of the Basin Plan by the Authority under regulations made for the purposes of section 49 is a legislative instrument.
