Enforceable undertakings

In force

If:

(a)

before the commencement day, the Authority had accepted an undertaking given by a person under section 163 of this Act; and

(b)

the undertaking had not been withdrawn or cancelled before that day;

then the undertaking continues to have effect on and after the commencement day as if it were an undertaking accepted by the Inspector‑General under that section.
