39 Using information in the supply of products
(1)
For the purposes of sections 37 and 38, information is used for, or in relation to, the supply of a product if the information is conveyed on, or by:
(a)
a label attached to the product; or
(b)
the packaging in which the product is supplied; or
(c)
any document or other material used for, or provided in connection with, the supply of the product; or
(d)
any advertising that relates to the product.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not limit the general meaning of words used in sections 37 and 38.
