41 Regulator may publicise offences
(1)
The Regulator may publicise, in any way he or she thinks appropriate, an offence against this Act for which a person has been convicted.
(2)
This Division does not:
(a)
limit the Regulator’s powers to publicise an offence against this Act; or
(b)
prevent anyone else from publicising an offence against this Act; or
(c)
affect any obligation (however imposed) on anyone to publicise an offence against this Act.
