Purpose of the WELS Account

In force

The purpose of the WELS Account is to make payments:

(a)

to further the objects of this Act (as set out in section 3); and

(b)

otherwise in connection with the performance of the Regulator’s functions under this Act or a corresponding State‑Territory law.
