68 Recovery of amounts
The following amounts may be recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction as debts due to the Commonwealth:
(a)
fees payable to the Commonwealth under this Act or a corresponding State‑Territory law;
(b)
amounts payable to the Commonwealth in connection with the performance of the Regulator’s functions.
