72 Review of decisions by Administrative Review Tribunal
(1)
Application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the following decisions:
(a)
a reviewable decision made by the Regulator personally;
(b)
an internal review decision made under section 71.
(2)
An application under subsection (1) may be made only by the affected person concerned.
(3)
Subsection (2) has effect despite section 17 of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024.
