77 Regulations
The Governor‑General may make regulations prescribing matters:
required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or
necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
Without limiting subsection (1), the regulations may:
prescribe fees in respect of matters under this Act; and
prescribe penalties of not more than 50 penalty units for offences against the regulations; and
declare that specified provisions of the regulations are civil penalty provisions for the purposes of this Act, and prescribe penalties for contraventions of such provisions that do not exceed:
for a body corporate—250 penalty units; or
in any other case—50 penalty units.
