27A Simplified outline of this Part
• This Part deals with the Authority Selection Committee.
• The functions of the Committee are:
(a)
to select persons to be nominated for appointment as directors of the Authority (other than the Chair); and
(b)
to nominate persons so selected to the Minister for appointment as directors of the Authority; and
(c)
to give the Minister a list of other persons the Authority Selection Committee considers suitable for nomination and the details of their qualifications and experience.
