27R Outside employment
(1)
A member of the Authority Selection Committee must not engage in any paid employment that conflicts or may conflict with the proper performance of his or her duties.
(2)
For the purposes of this Division, paid employment as a grape grower or a winemaker is taken not to be paid employment that conflicts with the proper performance of duties.
