Where wine or grape extract originates

In force

For the purposes of this Act:

(a)

a wine, or a grape extract that is used or intended to be used in manufacturing wine, is taken to have originated in a country only if the wine or extract is made from grapes grown within the territory of that country; and

(b)

a wine, or a grape extract that is used or intended to be used in manufacturing wine, is taken to have originated in a particular region or locality of a country only if the wine or extract is made from grapes grown in that region or locality.
