11 Directions by Minister
(1)
The Agency is to exercise its powers and perform its functions in accordance with general instructions given by the Minister in writing.
(2)
Where the Minister gives a direction under subsection (1), the Minister shall cause a copy of the direction to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the direction is given.
