33A Minister to consult before making legislative instruments
(1)
Before making a legislative instrument under this Act, the Minister must consult the Agency and have regard to any recommendations of the Agency.
(2)
The Minister must also consult such persons mentioned in subsection 31(3) as the Minister considers appropriate.
