12 Voting
(1)
Only the appointed members of the Board are entitled to vote at meetings of the Board. The agency head (or the agency head’s nominee) is not entitled to vote at meetings of the Board.
(2)
A decision supported by a majority of the votes cast at a meeting of the Board at which a quorum is present is the decision of the Board.
