Amendment of Aboriginal languages strategic plan

(1)

The Minister may at any time, at the request of the Trust or on the Minister’s own initiative, approve of amendments to the Aboriginal languages strategic plan.

(2)

Any proposed amendment that is to be made on the Minister’s own initiative requires the approval of the Trust.

(3)

As soon as practicable after the Minister approves any proposed amendment, the Trust is to cause a copy of the Aboriginal languages strategic plan, as amended, to be published on a publicly accessible website.
