25 When access orders cease to be in force
(1)
An access order ceases to have effect on the date specified in the order or on revocation under section 24.
(2)
The cessation or revocation of an order does not affect the previous operation of the order.
(3)
The cessation or revocation of an order does not prevent the enforcement by the owner of the land to which access is granted of any conditions of the order or obligations of the applicant imposed by this Act.
