36 How notices may be served
(1)
A notice under this Act may be given to a person personally or by post addressed to the last known place of residence or business of the person to whom the notice is addressed.
(2)
However, a notice under this Act that is required to be given to a registered native title claimant or a representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander body is to be served in accordance with section 103 (3) of the Native Title (New South Wales) Act 1994.
