6 Act does not apply to land under National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974
This Act does not apply to or in respect of the following land under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974:
(a)
land reserved as a national park, historic site, state conservation area, regional park, nature reserve, karst conservation reserve or Aboriginal area,
(b)
(Repealed)
(c)
land declared under that Act to be an Aboriginal place.
