(1)

(2)
All branches are removed from NSWbusinesslink (as a Division of the Government Service) and added to NSWbusinesslink within the Department of Commerce.
(3)
NSWbusinesslink is abolished as a Division of the Government Service.
(4)
In any document, a reference to NSWbusinesslink (as a Division of the Government Service) is to be construed as a reference to NSWbusinesslink within the Department of Commerce.
