Transfer of Office of Aboriginal Affairs to DEC

The Office of Aboriginal Affairs is removed from the Department of Human Services and added to the Department of Education and Communities.

(2)

In any document, a reference to the Department of Human Services is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Education and Communities if the reference is used in relation to the Office of Aboriginal Affairs.
