42 Definitions
In this Part:
amending Act means the Administrative Decisions Tribunal Amendment Act 2008.
substantive amendment means any amendment made to this Act by the amending Act other than:
(a)
the amendments made by Schedule 1 [57] and [58] to the amending Act, or
(b)
amendments updating references to repealed or renamed legislation and any other amendments in the nature of statute law revision.
