20 Contracts and arrangements with AGL
(1)
On and after the conversion day, corporatised AGL is entitled to the benefit and subject to the burden of, and taken to be a party to, any contract or arrangement entered into by AGL (or by a person on behalf of AGL) with any person and having force immediately before the conversion day.
(2)
Nothing in this section limits the operation of section 19.
