3 Removal from office
(1)
The Minister may remove the Commissioner from office, but only for incompetence, incapacity or misbehaviour.
(2)
To avoid doubt, the Government Sector Employment Act 2013, Part 6 applies in relation to the Commissioner.
Note—
Under the Government Sector Employment Act 2013, Part 6, the Governor may remove the Commissioner from office at any time for any or no stated reason and without notice.
