13 Application fees—the Act, s 37(2)(d)
(1)
The prescribed fee to accompany an application for an animal supplier’s licence is $300.
(2)
For the purposes of the Act, section 62(2)(d), a school is exempt from the operation of the Act, section 37(2)(d) and therefore from payment of the prescribed fee, if—
(a)
the school requests the exemption, and
(b)
the Secretary is satisfied requiring payment of the fee would be an unreasonable imposition on the school.
