120 Reference of certain matters to the Board by the Minister
(1)
The Minister may refer to the Board for report any matter relating to—
(a)
a law or a proposed law, or
(b)
a practice, an alleged practice or a proposed practice of any person or class of persons,
which conflicts with or may give rise to conflict with this Act or the regulations.
(2)
The Board shall conduct an examination into any matter referred to it by the Minister under subsection (1) and report to the Minister its findings and conclusions.
