73 Proceedings for offences
Proceedings for an offence against this Act or the regulations are to be dealt with summarily before the Local Court.
Proceedings for an offence against this Act or the regulations are not to be instituted otherwise than by—
the Minister or the Commissioner, or
a person duly authorised by the Minister or the Commissioner in that behalf, either generally or in a particular case.
Note.
Section 382 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 provides that the jurisdiction of the Local Court under this section is exercisable by an Industrial Local Court Judge.
