Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal

This Act appropriates the sum of $33,934,820 to the Premier out of the Consolidated Fund for the services of the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal for the year 2023–24.

Note—

The appropriation, together with funds from other sources, is intended to fund—

(a)

expenses to the sum of $37,638,812, and

(b)

capital expenditure to the sum of $180,000.
