Contingencies in relation to integrity agencies

(1)

The sum of $20,000,000 is appropriated to the Treasurer for the purposes of contingencies in relation to integrity agencies for the appropriation year.

(2)

In this section—

integrity agency means each of the following—

(a)

the Audit Office of New South Wales,

(b)

the Independent Commission Against Corruption,

(c)

the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission,

(d)

the New South Wales Electoral Commission,

(e)

the Ombudsman’s Office.
