13 Construction of certain references
In any Act or instrument (other than this Act)—
(a)
subject to paragraph (b), a reference to the 1921 Act is taken to include a reference to this Act, and
(b)
a reference to a provision of the 1921 Act is taken to include a reference to the corresponding provision or provisions (if any) of this Act, and
(c)
a reference to a chartered architect or non-chartered architect under the 1921 Act is taken to include a reference to an architect registered under this Act.
