89 Damage to be minimised
(1)
In exercising the powers conferred by this Division, an authorised officer must do as little damage as possible.
(2)
The Secretary must compensate all interested parties for any damage caused by an authorised officer as a consequence of the exercise of the powers conferred by this Division.
(3)
Subsection (2) does not apply to the extent to which the occupier of the premises has obstructed or hindered the authorised officer in the exercise of the powers conferred by this Division.
