21 Evidence
(1)
The public documents of Partnership Banking are for the purposes of sections 156 to 158 of the Evidence Act 1995 taken to be, and to have been, public documents used in the ordinary business of St. George.
(2)
For the purposes of this clause, public documents has the same meaning as in section 3 of the Evidence Act 1995.
