Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016

The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the form and content of biodiversity assessment reports.

An accredited person is to provide the Environment Agency Head (and such other persons as the regulations require), on request, with a copy of—

any biodiversity development assessment report prepared by the person and submitted in connection with an application for planning approval or vegetation clearing approval, or

any biodiversity stewardship site assessment report prepared by the person and submitted in connection with an application in respect of a biodiversity stewardship agreement.
